LK Studios has been working with PDW since the bicycle accessories company launched in 2008. Developing and designing the majority of their product line, packaging, and graphic work, it has been an exciting journey in building a brand into a leader in the bicycling industry.
Lars Rover™ Headlight
The Lars Rover™ is the top of the line headlight for PDW. We designed several iterations based off of this design platform targeting different price points by altering materials, color, and branding.

Owl Cage™ Water Bottle Holder
The Bird Cage™ was the first bottle holder LKS designed for PDW. Since then we have designed cages based on owls (pictured above), cats, dogs, and there are many more to come. These iconic designs bring a custom look to any bicycle.

Task It™ Handlebar Basket
Using a mix of materials (alloy and bamboo), this basket stands out from the mundane while covering function with a headlight mount, U-lock storage, and the perfect dimensions to hold a 6 pack of beverages.

An all metal CO2 inflator designed with a minimal aesthetic that performs in cold and difficult situations. Problem solved through design.

Power Stance™ Ebike Kickstand
A lot of design work involves taking an existing product and making it better. With this kickstand we were able to keep the existing metal core and redesign the injection molded foot for a modern, sleek aesthetic.

Asteroid™ Headlight
The goal with this project was to design a small LED light that easily attached to your bike, was simple to use, and could be rotated 90 degrees for headlight/tail light use. We think the Asteroid™ was a success!

Magic Flute™ Mini Pump
A large drive for PDW is to create products made of sustainable material and that are rebuildable if needed. The Magic Flute™ is a great example of using the right materials and clean design for an effective solution.

Danger Zone™ Tail Light
The Danger Zone was the first ground-up tail light designed for PDW. Two bright LEDs power this light allowing for unique blink patterns. We also created a tool-free solution to replace the batteries with the side wings.

Payload™ Rear Rack
Most rear cargo racks are straight forward function over form. With the Payload™ we made the two equal with the curved metal work and bamboo top melding with the steel tubing and thought out tie-down locations.
